Rajasthani Caravan’s authentic Rajasthani Folk Music & Dance Show is high octane and spiced with mirchi! We aim to promote, preserve, and share Rajasthani culture. Performances will include various elements of the Rajasthani arts: colorful costumes, spinning dance of the snake-charmer, devotional singing, unusual instruments, story-telling, and ancient love songs.

Dances include the famous Rajputi Ghoomar, Kalbelia Snake Charmers, Devotional Terah Taal of  the Kamaads, Chari Dance of the Gujjars, Bhawai Dance with 7 Balanced Pots, and more!

The musicians are from the Manganiyar clan & Dancer from the nomadic Kalbeliya tribe. Manganiyar as are a musical family. They pass the music through aural traditions. This group is 7th generation. Kalbelia are from the original snake charmers community and the dance mimics the cobra.

Katrina Ji is the first American to master all the various communities Rajasthani Folk Dances  from India . Member of the International Dance Council, CID – UNESCO
